Thank you for your order. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at sKINscentmind.

 

1. Where We Ship We currently ship to all European Union member states. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

 

2. Processing Time As every Nourish serum is individually formulated, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 1–3 business days

• EU member states: 3–7 business days These are estimated times and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. [Free shipping threshold to be confirmed]

 

5. Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

8. Customs & Duties All orders are shipped within the EU. No customs duties apply for deliveries within EU member states.
