Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with sKINscentmind. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us sKINscentmind is a personalised skincare brand based in Berlin, Germany. We sell customised skincare products directly to consumers across the European Union. Contact: [hello@skinscentmind.com]
2. Products All sKINscentmind products are made to order and personalised based on your individual survey responses. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur between batches due to the nature of natural raw materials.
3. Ordering By placing an order you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You accept these Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion.
You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments.
5. Personalised Products & Right of Withdrawal Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As our Nourish serums are individually formulated based on your personal survey responses, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly formulated, we will offer a full replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
6. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times, costs, and regions. We currently ship within the EU only.
7. Liability sKINscentmind products are formulated for cosmetic use only. If you have known skin sensitivities, allergies, or are pregnant, please consult the ingredient list and your healthcare provider before use. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the intellectual property of sKINscentmind and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin.
10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on our website.
